Dr. Marc P. Gimbel

Dr. Marc PDr. Gimbel is a highly respected member of the dental community who was inducted into the College of Diplomates of the American Board of Endodontics in 2010. Currently a clinical assistant professor at the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine where he teaches at the Post-Graduate level. Dr. Gimbel has been pursuing the study of dentistry and endodontics since 1988.

Upon graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Biology/Chemistry from the State University of New York at Albany, Dr. Gimbel attended the University of Pennsylvania School Of Dental Medicine. After earning his doctorate in 1988, he completed post-graduate education in the field of endodontics at UMDNJ in 1992.

Dr. Gimbel has received various awards throughout his career. Most recently, he was listed among the top dentists of New Jersey in the New Jersey Monthly Magazine for 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013, 2012, 2011, 2010, 2009 and 2005. He was awarded the Certificate of Merit from the Harvard University Department of Endodontics in 1999 and was invited back to lecture at Harvard University in fall 2014. He serves on the Corporate Relations Committee for the AAE 2016-2019.

Dr. Gimbel currently practices in Montville, New Jersey, where he founded GLC Endodontics.

Dr. Craig Berry

Dr. Craig BerryDr. Berry is part of both Montville Endodontics, L.L.C. and Marc P. Gimbel, D.M.D., L.L.C. Dr. Berry graduated on the Dean’s List from UMDNJ/Rutgers School of Dentistry and was one of the top students in the post-graduate endodontic program at the dental school in Newark. He completed his general practice residency at Woodhull Medical Center in Brooklyn where he received advanced training in oral surgery and restorative dentistry. Dr. Berry has advanced training in the latest microscopic techniques for both root canals and root canal surgery. As an undergraduate, he attended Yeshiva University, graduating Cum Laude. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics.

Rena Kreitman, D.M.D.

Rena-KreitmanRena L. Kreitman, DMD, is an Endodontist who completed her post-graduate specialty training at the prestigious Rutgers School of Dental Medicine Postgraduate Endodontics Department. During her residency, Dr. Kreitman was selected to present her research at the 2018 Annual meeting for the American Association of Endodontists. Dr. Kreitman was selected to join Dr. Gimbel at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, where she will teach Endodontics part time as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Endodontics.

Prior to specializing in Endodontics, Dr. Kreitman graduated from The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. Kreitman continued her dental education and clinical experience by completing a General Practice Residency at University Hospital in Newark, NJ, where she performed dental procedures for medically compromised patients and those with serious traumatic injuries. Dr. Kreitman is a talented, compassionate, and sensitive provider, making her patients feel comfortable and at ease. She is also fluent in Hebrew.

Debra Stein, D.M.D.

Dr SteinDebra Stein, DMD will be joining both Montville Endodontics, LLC and Marc P. Gimbel, D.M.D., LLC. Dr. Stein graduated from University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine followed by a general practice residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia where she attended to medically compromised patients in the clinic, operating room and traumatic injuries in the dentoalveolar process. She earned her certificate in Endodontics as well as a MMSc in Oral Biology at Harvard University School of Dental Medicine. Her thesis was “Trigeminal Neuralgia – Time to Diagnosis”. Dr. Stein has advanced training in the latest microscopic techniques for both root canal and root canal surgery.  She is a Board Eligible Candidate with the American Board of Endodontics. Dr. Stein is relocating from California back to her roots in the North East.
