Dr. Marc P. Gimbel

Dr. Marc P. Gimbel is a distinguished and highly respected figure in the dental community, renowned for his expertise in endodontics. In 2010, he was honored with induction into the College of Diplomates of the American Board of Endodontics, solidifying his status as a leader in his field. Currently, Dr. Gimbel serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, where he imparts his knowledge to post-graduate students.
Dr. Gimbel's journey in dentistry began in 1988, following his graduation from the State University of New York at Albany with a bachelor's degree in Biology and Chemistry. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and further specialized in endodontics with post-graduate training at UMDNJ, which he completed in 1992.
Throughout his career, Dr. Gimbel has garnered numerous accolades, including consistent recognition as one of New Jersey's top dentists by New Jersey Monthly Magazine in 2005 and consecutively from 2009 to present day. In 1999, he received the Certificate of Merit from the Harvard University Department of Endodontics, and in 2014, he was invited back to Harvard as a guest lecturer.
Dr. Gimbel is actively involved in advancing the field of endodontics, serving on the Corporate Relations Committee for the American Association of Endodontists (AAE) from 2016 to 2019. He currently practices in Montville, New Jersey, where he founded GLC Endodontics.

Rena Kreitman, D.M.D.

Dr. Rena L. Kreitman is a skilled and compassionate endodontist who completed her advanced specialty training at the esteemed Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. During her residency, Dr. Kreitman distinguished herself by presenting her research at the 2018 Annual Meeting of the American Association of Endodontists, a testament to her dedication and expertise in the field.
Recognized for her exceptional skills and knowledge, Dr. Kreitman was invited to join Dr. Marc Gimbel at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, where she now serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Endodontics, contributing to the education of future dental specialists on a part-time basis.
Before specializing in endodontics, Dr. Kreitman earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She then completed a General Practice Residency at University Hospital in Newark, NJ, where she gained extensive experience in treating medically compromised patients and those with severe traumatic injuries.
Known for her talent, compassion, and sensitivity, Dr. Kreitman is committed to making her patients feel comfortable and at ease during their treatment. In addition to her clinical expertise, she is fluent in Hebrew, allowing her to connect with a broader range of patients.

Debra Stein, D.M.D.

Dr. Debra Stein, DMD, MMSc, is proudly serving at both Montville Endodontics, LLC, and Marc P. Gimbel, DMD, LLC, where she brings her extensive experience and advanced training in endodontics to provide exceptional care. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Stein further honed her skills during a General Practice Residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, where she provided comprehensive care to medically compromised patients in the clinic, operating room, and for those suffering from traumatic dentoalveolar injuries.
Dr. Stein went on to earn her Certificate in Endodontics along with a Master of Medical Sciences (MMSc) in Oral Biology from Harvard University School of Dental Medicine. Her thesis, titled 'Trigeminal Neuralgia - Time to Diagnosis,' underscores her commitment to advancing the understanding and treatment of complex dental conditions.
With advanced training in the latest microscopic techniques for both root canals and root canal surgery, Dr. Stein is at the forefront of her field. She is also a Board Eligible Candidate with the American Board of Endodontics, reflecting her pursuit of the highest standards in endodontic care. Originally from the Northeast, Dr. Stein is excited to return to her roots after practicing in California.
